注释 notes
to ask where something is, begin with where...? e.g. where can we get a taxi? where is the coffee shop? where is the kunlun hotel?
要问某处在哪里，可以这样开头：where...（……在哪里）。例如：where can we get a taxi?（我们在哪里可以打到出租车?）where is the coffee shop?（咖啡馆在哪里?）where is the kunlun hotel?（昆仑饭店在哪里?）
if you want to describe something approximately, you can use about，e.g. about 15 rmb；about one hour；about 10 kilometres.
如果你想要做大致的描述，你可以用about（大约）,例如:about 15 rmb（大约15元）;about one hour（大约1小时）;about 10 kilometres（大约10公里）。
you can describe traffic conditions by saying things like: there is a lot of traffic；it’s very busy; it’s the rush hour.
你可以这样描述交通状况：there is a lot of traffic(交通很拥挤);it’s very busy(交通很繁忙);it’s the rush hour(现在是高峰时刻)。
